What materials are your shoes made from?

Our collections are crafted with the finest vegetable-tanned leather uppers and leather/rubber combined soles, using
tannins sourced from plants in a sustainable, eco-friendly manner.

Each shoe is meticulously aged, finished, and polished by hand, resulting in a one-of-a-kind
pair that's as unique as you are.

Where are your shoes made?

All our shoes are made in Italy. 

What is your product warranty?

We guarantee our shoes to be free of any manufacturer defects. Defective shoes can be replaced within 30 days of delivery. Please be aware that leather and suede are natural materials – slight discoloration, scratches, or change in texture may be visible. These small inconsistencies should not be considered a defect.

The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a return:

• faults resulting from normal wear and tear;
• damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product;
• damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product;
• damage arising from unauthorized alterations to the product; and
• where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the Website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you.

SHIPPING AND FULFILLMENT

When will my order ship?

Most in-stock orders ship within 2 business days. Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays are not considered business days. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and/or a Holiday will be received by the warehouse on the next business day.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

Items that are lost or stolen in-transit will be replaced within 10 business days of the expected delivery date after an investigation has been opened with our couriers. After a delivery is made, we assume no responsibility for lost or stolen items. We do not replace items that are stolen after delivery. If you require a signature for delivery, please reach out to customer service at admin@alivertiusa.com upon placing your order.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with a link to track your package as soon as your order is shipped.

What is the cut off time for same-dayshipping?

Overnight or express orders placed by 11am CST will ship the same business day.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the product to us for a refund to your original payment method, within 30 days of delivery. All returns for a refund will be subjected to a $15 restocking fee. Please see our refund policy page for all terms and conditions of return.

Do you offer exchanges?

Footwear products can be exchanged, within 30 days of delivery, for a different size and/or color provided that such variation is available. Please see our exchange policy page for all terms and conditions for exchange.

How long will it take to get my refund?

Please allow 7-10 business days from the time we receive your return to expect your refund.

How long does an exchange take to process?

Please allow 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item to process your exchange.

MY ORDER

How do I edit or cancel my order?

We strive to get orders fulfilled and shipped as quickly as possible. For that reason, there is a very small window for us to cancel/edit orders once they are placed through our website. The estimated window for cancellations/edits is 30 minutes once you have submitted your order. If your order is within the estimated window please contact our customer service team at admin@alivertiusa.com.

Please note that cancellation/edit requests made outside of business hours (8am to 5 pm, Monday-Friday CST) will not be responded to until the following business day.

What do I do if I receive an incomplete orincorrect order?
